The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority is seeking a highly qualified and experienced contractor to provide troubleshooting, detailed diagnostics, repair/refurbishment, and programming or replacement of Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) at the Orlando International Airport. The contractor will be required to work with various manufacturers' brands of VFDs and have personnel pass a background check to obtain security access badges. The contract will be for a five-year period, starting on or about May 1, 2026. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary tools, equipment, and materials to perform the work, and will be required to attend coordination meetings and provide trained personnel for all phases of the contract. • The contractor must have a minimum of ten years of continuous, recent, relevant, and verifiable experience providing services of the type described in the solicitation. • The contractor must provide at least three references from clients to whom they have delivered goods or services of a similar scope and size within the past five years. • The contractor must be registered to do business in the state of Florida and provide a copy of their registration with their response. • The contractor must be willing to sign the contract set forth in the solicitation, as amended, within ten days of receipt of the notice of award.
