The Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC) – Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) is seeking sources for automatic door maintenance and repair services at JBLM, Washington. The contract requires specialized technical skills to perform maintenance and repair services for automatic doors at various facilities throughout the base. The contractor will be responsible for inspections, testing, routine service, and maintenance in accordance with commercial industry standards, codes, and regulations. The contract has a base period of one year and four option periods, each lasting 12 months.
