The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide interface development, maintenance, and service level agreement (SLA) for the Document Storage Solution (DSS) RxFramework license at the Salt Lake City and Eastern Colorado Veteran’s Affairs Health Care Systems. The contractor will be responsible for installing and maintaining the DSS VistA integration software and license, RX Framework, and providing 24/7 support. The contract has a base period of 12 months and four option periods. The contractor must have experience with the DSS RxFramework Omnicell IVX/Inpatient VistA interfaces and be able to work with the VA's Office of Information and Technology (OI&T) and Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) staff. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing interface development, maintenance, and SLA for the DSS RxFramework license • Installing and maintaining the DSS VistA integration software and license, RX Framework • Providing 24/7 support for bug fixes, minor release upgrades, and telephone support • Working with the VA's OI&T and HTM staff to keep licensed products updated • Providing a telephone line and/or service support portal available 24/7 for technical support
