The City of Atlanta is seeking a vendor to create a Citywide Operational Technology Taxonomy to strengthen strategic coherence, operational effectiveness, and citizen-centric service delivery. The selected vendor will work with the City to create an enterprise technology and operational taxonomy that captures information about the City's organizational strategies, customer relationship management system, and operational business processes. The scope of work includes discovery and assessment, stakeholder engagement, design and modeling, governance and sustainability, and knowledge transfer.
