The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) is seeking information from potential contractors to support installations, troubleshooting, repairs, and engineering of equipment manufactured by Howell Laboratories, Inc. The scope of work includes Air Dehydration Systems, Potable Water Treatment Systems, and biofouling prevention systems. The contractor will be required to provide services within the physical confines of the equipment manufactured by HLI. • The contractor must have the ability to obtain security clearances for all personnel expected to provide support. • The contractor must have experience performing efforts of similar size and scope. • The contractor must have the necessary information and data drawings to enable the engineering services required for this effort. • The contractor must be able to provide services in various CONUS and OCONUS regions. • The contractor must have a Facility Security Clearance (FCL) in accordance with the DD254 to perform certain work under the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA).
