Description:
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Plains Area Office (PAO) is seeking a contractor to provide system maintenance and repairs for three Sympatec HELOS Particle-Size Analyzers Systems. The contractor will be required to perform on-site service, including validation and recertification of the systems. The contract is expected to be completed within 90 days after award. The USDA is looking for a certified Sympatec engineer to perform the maintenance and repairs. • The contractor must provide a quote that includes all necessary costs, including travel, labor, parts, and fees. • The contractor must have all necessary Sympatec reference materials for the validation. • The contractor must be certified to maintain the warranty of the systems. • The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the specifications and is the most advantageous to the Government. • The USDA reserves the right to terminate the contract for its convenience.
