The State of Maryland's Department of Information Technology is seeking a Master Contractor to provide PrinterLogic annual licensing. The contract requires the Master Contractor to be an authorized reseller for Printer Logic and to provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid. The contract also requires the delivery of equipment to the Maryland Department of Information Technology. The scope of work includes the provision of PrinterLogic - Vasion Print subscription and Advanced Security subscription. • The contract is for a small business reserve procurement, and only certified small business vendors are eligible to submit a bid. • The Master Contractor must provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the Manufacturer or Distributor if requested by the state. • The contract requires the Master Contractor to provide pricing that is valid for at least 90 days after the due date. • The contract also requires the Master Contractor to provide a Mercury Affidavit if applicable.
