Budget Estimate (AI):

$500,000 – $2,000,000

Given the scope of work, which involves repairing a diesel generator for a submarine, the budget is likely to be substantial. Considering the complexity of the project, the need for specialized labor and equipment, and the fact that it's a firm-fixed price contract, the budget could be in the range of $500,000 to $2,000,000. However, without more specific information about the costs involved, this is only a rough estimate.
