The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA) is seeking a qualified firm to provide Payroll/Human Resources Services for their Resident Training Program. The selected firm will provide comprehensive payroll and human resource services, including daily HR support, recruitment, training, and compliance with applicable labor laws. The contract will be for an initial period of two years with the option to add up to three additional periods. The firm must have a local presence in the Sacramento, CA region and maintain insurance coverage, including general liability, workers' compensation, and automobile liability. The key services to be provided include: • Clerical (inbound call center and general office) staffing • Janitorial (commercial and residential) staffing • Painters staffing • Potential future programs: maintenance, landscaping • Resume writing workshops • Interviewing skills training • Job readiness workshops • Career coaching • Professional training The selected firm must have at least five years of experience providing temporary staffing services and must comply with applicable state and federal labor laws.
