Description:
The City of Waycross is seeking a vendor to provide a full suite of managed IT services, including monitoring, maintenance, and patching of servers, Active Directory management, virtualization management, network device support, and cybersecurity services. The vendor will also provide helpdesk and end-user support, strategic consultation, and bi-monthly site visits.
