The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) is seeking a contractor to provide preventive maintenance, software updates, and technical support for a Scanning Electron Microscope (Thermo Fisher Model Prisma E SEM and accessories). The contract is expected to be awarded under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) and will have a base year and four option years. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and services to perform the work. The government will provide the necessary workspace, utilities, and equipment. The contractor will be responsible for safeguarding all government equipment, information, and property provided for contractor use. Key services include: • Preventive maintenance and software updates for the Scanning Electron Microscope • Technical support, including unlimited telephone support and onsite labor response • Spare parts and replacement FEG tip for applicable products • Field service reports and calibration certificates • Compliance with security requirements, including obtaining green badge clearance and following PSNS & IMF procedures and policies.
