The Department of Land and Natural Resources is seeking a qualified contractor to remove and replace the boathouse fabric building cover at the Anuenue Fisheries Research Center. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing a design, removing and replacing the fabric cover, and performing other related work. The project includes removing and disposing of the existing roof cover, replacing items, and generating waste during construction. The contractor must be licensed, experienced in fabric building design, construction, and installations, and must comply with Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE) by the time of award. • The project location is at the Anuenue Fisheries Research Center, 1039 Sand Island Parkway, Honolulu, HI 96819. • The contractor must attend a pre-offer conference and site inspection on June 18, 2025, at 10:00 am (HST). • The contractor must submit an offer using the attached Offer Forms for DAR RFQ 2025 10 AFRC Boathouse Cover Improvements by July 14, 2025. • The award, if awarded, shall be subject to the availability of funds. • The contractor must provide a construction performance and payment bond for 100% of the contracted price. • The contractor must maintain insurance with a company authorized by law to issue such insurance in the State of Hawaii.
