The Kentucky Department of Veterans Affairs/Paul E Patton Eastern Kentucky Veterans Center is seeking a vendor to provide medical laboratory services for the residents of a 120-bed long-term care skilled nursing center. The vendor will be responsible for providing laboratory services, including collection of samples, pick-up of specimens, and test results submission to the facility. The vendor must also comply with all federal and state laws and regulations governing laboratory services. The contract is expected to start on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2028, with the option to renew for up to two additional two-year periods. • Provide medical laboratory services to the residents of the Eastern Kentucky Veterans Center • Comply with all federal and state laws and regulations governing laboratory services • Provide test results to the facility through integration with the PointClickCare electronic medical record platform • Make laboratory services available to all residents without regard to race, color, creed, national origin, age, sex, religion, or handicap • Provide orientation and training to facility staff on the use of laboratory services
