Description:
The Passaic Board of Education is seeking a vendor to provide gasoline and diesel fuel for all district vehicles on an as-needed basis. The vendor must be located within the city limits of Passaic or within a two-mile radius outside of the city limits. The contract period will be from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026. The vendor must provide a receipt ticket to the vehicle driver upon filling the vehicle with gasoline or diesel fuel, and each department must receive a separate invoice for their vehicle gas/diesel at the end of each month. • The vendor must be able to accept a purchase order as the method of payment. • The vendor must provide gasoline and diesel fuel for all twelve months of the year, and the station must be available for filling between the hours of 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. • The unleaded gasoline and diesel fuel must be of the grade and quality now regularly manufactured for gas/diesel-powered medium and heavy-duty trucks. • The vendor must possess all state and federal licenses and certifications. • The vendor must provide a price per gallon of regular 87 octane and diesel fuel as of Monday, July 7, 2025.
