Description:
Bus Stop Pad and Helical Pile Installation (Event 472) The Rochester Genesee Regional Transportation Authority (RGRTA) is seeking bids for the installation of concrete pads and/or helical piles at bus stop locations. Vendors may bid on one or both services; awards will be made separately to the lowest responsive bidders, and multiple contracts may result. Work will occur in Monroe, Genesee, Livingston, Ontario, Orleans, Seneca, Wayne, Wyoming, and Yates counties. Vendors will not be responsible for shelter installation, which will be handled by RGRTA. RTS utilizes a Supplier Portal for distribution of its solicitations, where Vendors can view documents and submit responses. The portal and relative guides can be found at: https://supplierportal.myrts.com/ Responses must be submitted through the RTS Supplier Portal before the date and time identified in the Event. Any firm appearing on the Comptroller General’s List of Ineligible Contractors is not eligible to participate in this Event. RGRTA is a tax-exempt Public Authority. Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: Precision Constructor Corp.

Budget Estimate (AI):

$500,000 – $5,000,000

The budget for this project is not explicitly stated, but based on the scope of the work, which involves installing concrete pads and helical piles at multiple bus stop locations across several counties, it is likely to be a significant amount. Considering the contract term is five years, it is possible that the project will require ongoing maintenance and installation services, which could lead to a substantial budget over the course of the contract. A rough estimate for a project of this nature could be in the range of $500,000 to $5,000,000, depending on the number of bus stops, the complexity of the work, and the materials required. However, without more specific information about the project's scope, it is difficult to provide a more precise estimate.
