The Colorado Department of Education (CDE) is seeking a vendor to provide educator reading training for students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), dyslexia, and multilingual learners. The training should include online SCORM packages and in-person training materials. The vendor will be responsible for developing turn-key training materials, including PowerPoints, instructional materials, and videos, that cover all the materials in the SCORM package. The CDE will hire two term-limited, full-time employees to provide the in-person training to educators across the state, and the vendor will need to train these employees on how to provide the training. The training should be scientifically and evidence-based, rely on vetted sources, and include appropriate citations.
