The Texas Military Department is seeking a contractor to provide roof recoating services for Building 71 at Camp Mabry. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform Roof Recoating services. The initial Contract term is effective on the effective date stated in the notice of award and expires one year from that effective date. • The contractor must attend a mandatory site visit at 2200 W 35th Street Austin, TX 78703 on 07/29/2025. • The contractor must submit a response that includes all costs, fees, licenses, and expenses for the delivery of the commodities and services. • The contractor must provide a good faith effort to comply with all state HUB requirements under Texas Government Code Chapter 2161. • The contractor must maintain the required insurance during the initial term and any optional renewal period exercised.
