The Georgia Department of Transportation is seeking a qualified firm to provide planning support services. The selected consultant will provide embedded support services for the GDOT projects identified. The scope of work includes project management, technical approach, and past performance. The contract will be for a period of three years with an option to extend for up to five years. The payment type may be lump sum, cost plus fixed fee, cost per unit of work, or specific rate of compensation. • The consultant will be expected to provide embedded staff services with personnel who are experienced and have obtained certifications such as Project Development Process (PDP) and American Institute of Certified Planner (AICP). • The consultant will be responsible for providing project management services, technical approach, and past performance. • The consultant will be expected to work with the GDOT staff and provide specialized training as needed. • The consultant will be required to have an accounting system in place to meet the requirements of 48 CFR Part 31 and OMB Circular A-122. • The consultant will be required to submit a certification form and a Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act affidavit.
