The State of Delaware, Office of Management and Budget, Division of Facilities Management, is seeking bids for the renovation of the multi-person toilet and shower rooms located within the Herron Building at Plummer Community Correction Center in Wilmington, Delaware. The project includes the demolition of interior masonry walls, plumbing fixtures, HVAC and electrical fixtures, and the installation of new metal stud walls, stainless steel wall panels, and continuously welded hygienic vinyl wall covering, epoxy resin flooring systems, new electrical, mechanical, and plumbing fixtures and devices.
