The Clark County School District is soliciting bids for the construction of synthetic turf sports fields and xeriscape at Spring Valley High School. The project, estimated to cost $8,000,000, includes: * Removing existing natural grass and replacing it with synthetic turf systems on the baseball, softball, and soccer fields * Replacing other natural grass areas with desert landscape * Relocating water lines and installing new irrigation systems * Installing new curbs, fencing, concrete, sports field accessories, and erosion mitigation To bid on the project, contractors must: * Be pre-qualified with the Clark County School District * Have a Nevada Contractor's License with the Classification of A, AB, and B * Attend a mandatory pre-bid conference on June 17, 2025 * Provide their most current letter of pre-qualification and other required information Bid documents will be available online and in person starting June 5, 2025. Bids will be received until July 10, 2025, at 10:00 am, and will be opened and read aloud publicly.
