Description:
The Sheridan County School District No. 3 is seeking bids for a roofing project to replace the roof on their elementary school building. The project includes removing and disposing of damaged shingles and underlayment, installing new underlayment, and supplying and installing new roofing materials, including shingles, starter shingles, and ridge cap shingles. The contractor must be fully licensed and insured to operate in Wyoming and comply with OSHA standards. The project must be substantially complete by August 15, 2025. • Removal of approximately 135 squares of damaged shingles and underlayment • Installation of 9 rolls of Titanium High Temp Ice & Water Shield and 14 rolls of Titanium Synthetic Underlayment • Supply and installation of 136 squares of Malarkey Vista Class 4 Impact Resistant Shingles • Installation of 2 bundles of Malarkey Starter Shingles and 10 bundles of Malarkey Ridge Cap Shingles • Supply and installation of roof accessories, including edge metal, gutter apron, and powered roof vents • Application of Through-The-Roof Silicone Sealant • Provision of complete installation labor for 136 squares
