The bidder must provide a one-year warranty on parts and labor and agree to utilize door manufacturer's original equipment parts whenever possible. • The bidder must provide 24/7 repair service with a response time of within 4 hours of initiation of a repair service call. • The bidder must provide a trained garage door mechanic to respond to service calls. • The bidder must submit all repair estimates in writing to the County agency. • The bidder must verify the corrected repair with the County Supervisor on site. • The bidder must provide "before service" and "after service" pictures with date stamps. • The bidder must leave all replaced parts at the site. • The bidder must agree to training and utilizing Work Order Software upon implementation by the County.
