The Flushing Community Schools are seeking bids for the 2024 Bond Phase 3 - High School Stadium project. The project involves various construction work, including concrete, masonry, metals, general trades, roofing, glass and glazing, drywall, insulation, acoustical, painting, food service equipment, scoreboards, bleachers, press box, plumbing and HVAC systems, electrical, site work, asphalt paving, all-weather synthetic track surface, synthetic turf, and fencing. The successful bidder will be required to provide a bid security in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or money order, and may be required to furnish surety bonds as stated in the project specifications.
