The City of Roswell, Georgia invites qualified engineering firms to submit proposals to provide engineering design services for the installation of a generator at the Roswell Water Treatment Plant. This project is funded by a Hazard Mitigation Grant Program through GEMA and the Federal Emergency Management Agency. The selected firm will provide design services, including signed and stamped construction drawings and technical specifications, and limited construction oversight. The firm must comply with all applicable federal requirements, including 2 CFR Part 200, and must provide a certificate of insurance and additional insured endorsement prior to commencing work. • The project includes the installation of a 1000kW, 480V, three-phase generator at the Roswell Water Treatment Plant. • The firm must provide construction drawings and specifications for the concrete generator pad, electrical cable and conduit routing, integration with existing automatic transfer switch, and water line relocation. • The firm must comply with the National Electrical Code and all applicable Generator Codes and Standards. • The firm must provide an engineer's opinion of probable cost and construction support services. • The firm must submit a PE license copy and comply with all federal procurement and contracting requirements.
