Description:
The Employment Development Department (EDD) is seeking bids for motorized door replacement services at their facility located at 1550 W. Main Street, El Centro, CA 92243. The scope of work includes removing and replacing four low-energy motorized door operators on four sets of double metal doors. The contractor will be expected to provide inspections, consultation, and planning, as well as identify and report any safety hazards or faulty equipment. The project is expected to start on September 1, 2025, and end on April 30, 2026. The contractor must comply with all state, EDD, and local office policies and procedures while on the premises.
