The Cowlitz Public Facilities District (PFD) is seeking statements of qualifications from firms/individuals for owner’s representative services for development of multiple facilities identified in the Cowlitz County Event Center Master Facilities Plan. Prospective proponents are invited to a pre-submittal site visit of the Cowlitz County Event Center located at 1900 7th Ave in Longview, WA on December 17 at 2:30 PM. The site visit is not mandatory. Questions or requests for clarification must be sent to Bob Gregory, Program Manager, via email at bgregory@cowlitzpfd.gov . The deadline to receive questions is 4:00 PM on December 18, 2024. The deadline for submissions of statements of qualifications is January 10, 2025 at 3:00 PM.
