The State University of New York at Albany is seeking bids for the Liberty Terrace Apartments Refresh-South project. The scope of this project includes the replacement of finishes and fixtures for living, kitchen/dining, hallway, and bedroom spaces in 58 student apartments and 2 staff apartments. The project will be completed in two phases over two summers. The contractor must be able to secure a performance bond for the full amount of their bid, and the project value is expected to be in excess of $5 million. • Replacement of finishes and fixtures • Select demolition and replacements of flooring, kitchen cabinets, fixtures, appliances, and kitchen electrical receptacles • Painting • Optional replacements of light fixtures, ceiling tile, and diffusers • Optional replacement of apartment window blinds • Compliance with construction drawings and specifications • Securing a performance bond for the full amount of the bid
