The International Boundary and Water Commission (IBWC) is seeking a quote for janitorial services at the IBWC Amistad Field Office in Del Rio, Texas. The contract will be for a base year and four option years, with a total duration of 60 months. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the janitorial services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement and the Janitorial Services Checklist. The services will include cleaning of various buildings, including the Administration Building, Security Building, O&M Lunchroom and Restroom, and Hydro Tech Building. The contractor must also provide a 2-3 page document outlining their experience, qualified personnel, schedule, and capabilities in performing janitorial services. • The contractor must have a UEI number and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). • The contractor must provide proof of liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a price quote for the base year and each option year. • The contractor must provide a certificate of insurance and a copy of their business license. • The contractor must have a minimum of three years of experience in providing janitorial services to government agencies or large commercial clients.
