The City of Aventura is seeking a qualified firm to provide Valet/Parking Management Services for the Aventura Arts and Cultural Center and other City events. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing services in compliance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in the Request for Proposal (RFP) document. The scope of work includes providing valet and parking management services, including operations, admissions, and supervision. • The contractor must be qualified, experienced, and licensed, where applicable. • The contractor must comply with all regulatory requirements applicable to the project. • The contractor must provide services in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in the RFP document. • The City intends to secure the services of a contractor through this RFP process.
