The Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide an enterprise cloud fax solution. The solution must be secure, convenient, and accessible, and must be able to accommodate a high volume of faxes. The contractor will be required to provide a scalable cloud-based digital faxing subscription, support for multiple brands of legacy fax equipment, and training materials. The contract will be for a period of three years, with the option to extend for up to two additional years. • The solution must be able to accommodate a high volume of faxes and faxes in excess of 1000 pages in length. • The solution must provide audit trails and reporting capabilities, including automatically archiving all faxes sent or received and tracking each transmission with unique identifiers. • The solution must comply with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, PCOI-DSS, and NIST 800-53. • The contractor must provide support for DSHS's live productive use of the cloud services, including telephone and portal issue support. • The contractor must ensure that no service maintenance impacts the ability of DSHS to send or receive fax transmissions.
