The Eglin AFB Paving IDIQ project involves providing asphalt paving and concrete support to Eglin AFB in Florida. The scope of work includes resurfacing, reconstruction, and new construction of pavements, as well as associated operations like clearing, excavating, and grading. The contractor must have in-house laboratory capabilities for testing asphalt and be able to produce asphalt within a reasonable distance to deliver temperature-sensitive materials.
