The Hugh L. Carey Battery Park City Authority is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide special inspections and laboratory testing services for the North West Battery Park City Resiliency Project. The selected Proposer will be responsible for complying with all applicable sections of the New York City Building Code and the Rules of the City of New York, and for performing a variety of special inspection and laboratory testing services. The Proposer must have experience in providing similar services, have a minimum staffing level of 30 full-time special inspectors, and have an office in or within 40 miles of New York City. The contract term is expected to be 60 months, with an option for two single-year extensions.
