The Quentin N Burdick Memorial Health Care Facility is seeking a contractor to provide #2 Dyed Fuel for a period of five years, with a base period of six months and nine option periods of six months each. The contractor will be required to deliver the fuel to the facility in Belcourt, ND. The contract will be awarded to the responsible quoter whose quote offers the best value to the Government, considering the factor of price. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have a Unique Entity ID. • The contract is for a firm fixed-price, non-personal service. • The period of performance will be five years from the date of award. • The contractor must provide all-inclusive pricing, including travel, lodging, per diem, fringe benefits, and federal, state, and local taxes. • The contractor must comply with the Indian preference and Indian preference program requirements administered by the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO).
