The Johnston County Public Schools is seeking a Building Automation System (BAS) service contractor to provide owner-directed BAS services across multiple schools and projects. The selected contractor will serve as a qualified BAS service provider, perform BAS work, and support the owner through technical coordination, documentation, and system performance improvements. The contractor must have a minimum of five consecutive years of experience in the design, installation, programming, and commissioning of the BAS platform and product line proposed for this project. They must also have a minimum of seven Niagara Technical Certification Program (TCP) certified personnel and maintain a fully staffed local office within fifty miles of the owner. Some key responsibilities of the contractor include: • Serving as a qualified BAS service provider under the direction of the owner • Performing BAS work, including programming modifications, graphical updates, controller replacement, system optimization, and troubleshooting • Supporting the owner through technical coordination, documentation, and system performance improvements • Providing routine maintenance and emergency support • Demonstrating the ability to respond to service requests within twenty-four hours
