Description:
The Saint Louis County Government is soliciting bids for the printing and supplying of Special Application Envelopes. The contract will be for an initial duration of 2 years with options for 2 two-year renewals. The contractor will be responsible for designing, pre-press, proofing, printing, finishing, packaging, and delivering the envelopes.
