The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified firms to provide Process Engineering Services for its wastewater collection and conveyance system and wastewater treatment plant. The scope of work includes multiple projects, such as reconstruction, improvements, and expansions to existing wastewater treatment processes, as well as construction and operation of new facilities. The City is looking for a pool of qualified firms that can provide all required services, including planning, design, permitting, and construction services. • The selected firms will be used on an as-needed basis, and the City reserves the right to retain other professional service firms or perform work "in-house" for any particular project or assignment. • The initial term of the agreement will be for three years, with two additional three-year renewal terms. • The City is seeking firms with experience in wastewater treatment plant process engineering, pumping, and force mains, as well as experience in working with government agencies. • The selected firms will be required to provide a range of services, including design, construction, and operation of wastewater treatment facilities, as well as permitting and compliance with regulatory requirements. • The City is looking for firms with a strong reputation for quality and reliability, as well as experience in working with similar projects and clients.
