The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to negotiate with Mind Media USA Inc. for the procurement of the Nexus 10 MKII Biofeedback System for the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System. The system is intended to provide biofeedback and neurofeedback services to patients, and is the only system that can meet the VA's requirements. The system monitors and measures various physiological signals, including heart rate, skin conductance, and brain activity, and is used to help patients manage stress, mental health, and other conditions. The contract is a single-source award, and the VA has determined that no other supplies or services can meet their requirements.
