The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is seeking a contractor to perform a Job Order Contract (JOC) for sustainment, restoration, and modernization (SRM) projects, as well as minor military construction projects, at various installations in Kuwait. The JOC will include a comprehensive collection of detailed repair, maintenance, and minor construction task descriptions, units of measure, and pre-established unit prices. The contractor will be required to provide coefficients, which are adjustment factors to adjust the unit prices stated in the Unit Price Book (UPB). The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC).
