Description:
The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to perform boiler maintenance services at Fairchild Air Force Base in Washington. The contractor will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing steam and hydronic boilers, as well as performing routine and emergency service calls. The contractor will also be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to perform the required services. The scope of work includes boiler operation, attendance, preventative and corrective maintenance, inspections, and repairs. The contractor will be required to maintain accurate records and provide reports to the government. Some key tasks and requirements include: * Operating and maintaining high and low-pressure steam boilers and their associated components * Performing routine and emergency service calls * Maintaining accurate records and providing reports * Providing qualified personnel to operate and maintain the boilers * Ensuring compliance with safety regulations * Performing inspections of boilers and associated equipment * Maintaining a quality control program to ensure services are performed in accordance with the contract * Providing a customer service phone number that can be accessed 24/7 for emergency service calls.
