The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a presolicitation notice for the replacement of the office HVAC system at the Colebrook River Lake Project Office in Colebrook, CT. The work consists of removing the existing hydronic heat system and replacing it with a 50-60K BTU energy star or equivalent, 96% AFUE rated or higher, forced air propane Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system and energy star or equivalent hybrid heat pump water heater. The contractor will also remove existing hydronic heaters from the garage bays and install new high efficiency propane heaters.
