The City of Wheat Ridge is seeking a consultant to conduct a comprehensive equity audit to help the city build a culture of belonging and embed inclusive policies and practices into its daily culture and operations. The consultant will collect, organize, review, analyze, interpret, and assess policies, programs, and practices that directly or indirectly impact city staff regarding their race, ethnicity, gender, national origin, color, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, or other socio-culturally significant factors. The consultant will also conduct listening and gathering campaigns, prepare a formal presentation of findings, and develop a final report of recommendations and insights.
