Description:
The Minnesota Department of Human Services is seeking proposals for the development or enhancement of an online behavioral health program locator. The goal of this initiative is to provide a comprehensive and easy-to-use website where patients, families, healthcare providers, and the public can search for mental health treatment, substance use disorder treatment, and related support services available in Minnesota. The successful responder will be responsible for developing or enhancing the program locator, engaging stakeholders, assessing the user experience, and generating reports on user data. The contract is expected to start on April 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2027, with the possibility of extension up to five years. • The program locator must be user-friendly and web-based, with a comprehensive registry of providers and services. • The locator must provide user accessibility through open access and meet all STATE digital accessibility standards. • The locator must identify specialized services, such as culturally responsive services and developmentally identified services. • The locator must interface with MNMHAccess. • The successful responder must demonstrate experience in developing or enhancing similar programs and provide a detailed workplan and evaluation plan.
