The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) is seeking a contractor to provide onsite barber/cosmetology services at the Warrensville Developmental Center. The contractor must have two years of experience in barber/cosmetology services and possess all necessary State of Ohio licenses, certifications, and registrations. The services to be provided include routine and occasional services such as haircuts, beard trims, hair coloring, and braiding. The contractor must use trained and qualified personnel and perform all services with reasonable care and skill. • The contractor must provide all supplies, equipment, and materials for the services. • The contractor must comply with all applicable provisions of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). • The contractor must not be subject to an "unresolved" finding for recovery under Section 9.24 of the Ohio Revised Code. • The contractor must keep the work area safe and provide OSHA-approved barricades for any work exposed to the public.
