Luzerne County is seeking proposals from qualified companies for Duct Vent Cleaning Maintenance. The contract term will be for one year from the date of contract award. The successful proposer will be responsible for supplying all chemicals, cleaning agents, tools, equipment, supervision, transportation, and effort necessary to carry out the specifications. The proposer must have the capability to use photo documentation via a 35mm or digital camera and a fiber optic borescope when requested by the County. Key aspects of the job include: • Cleaning ducts, vents, and other equipment • Using non-caustic solutions for cleaning • Providing a detailed scope of work for each project • Coordinating with the Building and Grounds Project Manager • Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with the contract terms and specifications.
