The Town of Bethel is accepting proposals for cold planning and repaving of the Municipal Parking Lot. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for the project. The scope of work includes cold planning, fine grading, and installing pavement. The project must be completed by September 10, 2026. A mandatory site visit will be held on April 28, 2026, at 10:00 AM. • The contractor must provide a certificate of insurance with coverage of at least $1,000,000. • The contractor must comply with all DEC MRGP, MUTCD, OSHA, and VOSHA requirements. • The contractor must contact Dig Safe before commencing work. • The contractor may be required to provide references and demonstrate successful completion of similar work.
