The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is seeking a contractor to provide lawn maintenance services at the Oceana NAS Commissary in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The services to be provided include grass mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, mulching, fertilization of ground covers and weeds, pest and insect control in accordance with the statement of work. The contractor shall provide all supervision, personnel, labor, tools, supplies and materials as necessary to perform the required services. Key aspects of this request for quote include: * Providing lawn maintenance services * Providing grass mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, mulching, fertilization of shrubs & ground covers * Maintaining basic flower beds, pest and insect control in accordance with the statement of work.
