The Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education is seeking a partner to provide strategic and tactical support to the Kentucky Student Success Collaborative (KYSSC) in areas such as strategic planning, communications, technical assistance, staff development, and program evaluation. The partner will work with the KYSSC team to drive transformational change in Kentucky higher education, focusing on student success outcomes and statewide strategies. The contract is expected to run from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2028, with the possibility of renewal for up to two additional two-year periods. Key responsibilities include supporting the execution of statewide strategy implementation, providing coaching and support to the KYSSC team, and coordinating external evaluation and communication activities.
