The DeKalb County School District is seeking qualified vendors to provide Synthetic Sports Flooring Services. The successful offeror will be required to provide all labor, materials, tools, specialized equipment, supplies, trained personnel, insurance, travel, per diem, direct and indirect administrative costs, overhead, tolls, parking, fuel, lodging, and all other costs and charges necessary to provide the services. The services shall include the installation, maintenance, and repair of synthetic sports flooring. The contract will be for a period of one fiscal year, with the option to renew for additional years. The district has approximately 77 elementary schools, 19 middle schools, 22 high schools, and 5 athletic stadiums. • The scope of work includes providing synthetic sports flooring services for the district's schools and facilities. • The offeror must provide a detailed proposal, including a technical proposal, transition plan, and cost proposal. • The offeror must also provide proof of insurance and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The district reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to negotiate a "best and final" response from offerors. • The contract will be awarded to the offeror that provides the best value to the district, based on factors such as price, quality, and experience.
