The Wake County Public School System is seeking a contract for Building Automation Controls Installation and Repair services at various WCPSS facilities. The contractor must have experience in installation and repair of communications LAN for computerized building automation systems and be certified to work on Trane Control Systems. The contract will be for a period of one year, with an option to extend for an additional year. The contractor must provide documentation showing the cost of materials and must be able to respond within 24 hours of initial call. • The contract will cover all normal requirements for Building Automation Controls Installation and Repair services. • The contractor must carry and provide appropriate licenses and/or manufacturer certifications to work on Trane Control Systems. • The contractor must be able to perform repairs to wiring and/or fiber optics according to industry standards. • The contractor must be knowledgeable in all aspects of LAN requirements for BAS. • The contractor must be able to provide documentation showing the cost of materials per the request of WCPSS for any given job.
