The City of Greenville, NC is seeking qualified and competent firms/consultants licensed in the State of North Carolina to provide On-Call Surveying Services for assistance with various municipal tasks. The selected consultant will provide support for City projects with a not to exceed contract amount of $500,000. The scope of work includes responding to project task order requests, providing licensed North Carolina Professional Surveyors, field survey crew(s), CAD Technicians, and other staff to accomplish project tasks, conducting field surveying activities, and preparing maps, plats, construction drawings, and other deliverables. • The contract will be for a period of 2 years with the option of a 1-year extension. • The City reserves the right to accept the consultant with the qualifications that best fit the Scope of Services. • The selected consultant will be required to enter into an agreement with the City, which will include the requirements of this RFQ. • The consultant will be under the supervision of the Director of Engineering for the City of Greenville or her designee.
